About Us
Julie O’Hagan has been involved in sport for most of her life. Having represented Great Britain in swimming at the age of 16yrs, she went on to study sports science at the University of Cardiff where she graduated with a BA (Hons) 2:1 degree in 1994. By 1996, Julie qualified as a Post Graduate in Physical Education and Science and began her teaching career. She was Head of Girls PE in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, UK and then moved schools after 4 years to a larger secondary school with a career promotion. During the years 1996 and 2000, Julie started competing in the Masters category (over 25yrs) and was selected for the World Masters Championships in Morocco, where she won the Gold medal in the 5km Open Water swim and Bronze medal in the 800m pool swim.

In 1999 Julie made the transition into Triathlon and within months of taking part and competing in the sport, became a member of the Great Britain team. She went on to race at 3 World Championships and placing 24th at best. Unfortunately, Julie tore her Achilles tendon and after an operation, was unable to run fully again.
In 2004, after extensive rehabilitation work, Julie took up the sport of cycling, competing in the Irish National championships and winning in only her first season on the bike. Julie went on to represent Ireland on many occasions in Europe.

By the age of 30yrs, Julie had competed at International level in 3 sports.
Since re-locating to Ireland in late 2004, Julie has worked in the fitness industry as a Youth Sports Development Officer, gym manager and more recently, returned to P.E teaching.
Having acquired a wealth of coaching and teaching qualifications and experience, Julie has decided to set up on her own, with the aim of putting back into the society her knowledge and success in fitness.
Julie recognises that fitness matters to us all and is here to help everyone reach their own goals with success.
