As the words suggest, this service is fitness training and exercise which is personal to you. It is a 1-2-1 service which is specifically designed and altered to suit you and your needs through the following:
  • health screening
  • initial fitness testing
  • time available to you
  • work/family constraints
  • changes in circumstance
  • your own fitness levels and improvements made
  • goal setting

Personal training is an excellent way of being pushed to achieve your goals faster than if you were to try on your own. It takes the hassle out of thinking when to exercise, what to do and ensures correct technique and variety within your sessions.

What next?

If you decide that this service might be right for you, FitnessMatters.ie will provide you with your own Heart Rate Monitor which will allow you to work out and exercise at the right level according to your fitness. The benefit of this is that we will download your exercise information and print off a graph for you to keep a record of your steady improvements. This is key in any exercise program and has been proven as motivation for those wanting to achieve success.

The added benefit of Personal Training with FitnessMatters.ie is that you do not have to be a member of a gym to enjoy success with this service. We can create/develop a program for YOU to suit YOUR circumstances and environment. If you want to be home trained, then we will come to you. All equipment needed will be brought to you and can be easily and cheaply bought if you want to train on your own. The fitness programs will utilise the space you have, depending on what is available.

If you are already a member of a gym, but feel you lack motivation and are seeing no results or improvements, then we can Personal train you in that gym where appropriate, or set programs that are achievable but challenging, with variety and structure.
