Initial Consultation

Everyone MUST attend an initial consultation if you are signing up for any of the fitness services available from FitnessMatters.ie

STEP 1 – Initial contact through phone calls or e-mail to book a consultation convenient to both parties

STEP 2 – Attend appointment. Here you will do the following:

  • fill out a clients Personal Information Form
  • undergo a simple but effective fitness test (where appropriate)
  • set goals/milestones
  • discuss time restraints

STEP 3 – Create a program/training session for each individual

STEP 4 – Book your first session and get started.
