FitnessMatters.ie is offering a service which can be used by those already involved in sport or those wanting to start up a new sport. Fitness Consultant, Julie O’Hagan, has many coaching qualifications and also a wealth of experience in and on the sports field. Whether you are looking for a week by week training program, a training plan on a monthly basis, or an outline for the season, then this service could be for you. Initial consultation is necessary to collect and collate al the necessary information needed for the coaching/training program and for your success. The programs can be passed on via e-mail, post or if required, regular meetings with Julie to discuss your progress. All programs will require regular feedback and results from training sessions. Heart Rate Monitors will be used and regular testing will also be as part of the service. It is essential that everything is noted and recorded.
