Fitness for Clubs
If you go to, run or organise a sports club for youths, adults or even children, then this could be an added extra for you.
Most sporting clubs run training sessions twice weekly with games, matches or competitions at the weekends. During these training sessions, most of the emphasis is put on skills, tactics and game play. Fitness is normally left to the individual to work on in their own time.
FitnessMatters.ie has developed a fitness program delivered by the Fitness Consultant to your team which will cover aerobic and anaerobic fitness, agility, balance, core stability, flexibility and speed – all important aspects of physical fitness needed in sports.
We can arrange to come in to your club on a regular basis, or just a one off to show how fitness sessions can be successfully run and incorporated into training sessions.
Julie currently runs a fitness club for children between the ages of 5 – 15yrs in Navan and is a huge success.It has been going for over 2 years now and has over 50 youngsters attend every Monday evening.
